This program is designed to help you "re-set" your body and mind back into training mode. If you are out of shape and have let your training and good habits fall to the wayside - give me six weeks of discipline and dedication and I can have you back on your fitness journey. This program is an essential starting point for anybody that has not been in regular training in the past 12 months.
My "Fitness Pro" program is perfect for you if you already have a strong base level of fitness and have been training consistently for the past 12 months. This program will definitely challenge you and re-define how you push your self to achieve your goals. If you consider yourself and athlete, or even a future athlete, then take up the Fitness Pro challenge. If you are new to training, then the "Fitness Re-Set" program is a pre-requisite for "Fitness Pro"
This program is the real deal. If you have completed the "Fitness Pro" program, you will be invited to join my "Fitness Elite".
Be warned - this program is the toughest I've ever written. Based on high intensity training programming that allowed me to reach a peak level of performance in my fighting career.
